The Port-A-Cool®
This model has a variable-speed motor, a dual water fill option and a new low-water shutoff, a digital timer and temperature sensor. The all-new housing design offers a 250 liter water capacity and 25.000m3/h of cooled air delivery. Water can be supplied to the unit manually or with a standard 3/4" garden hose.
The digital control panel features touch sensitive buttons for easy operation. The status indicators let the operator know when water levels are low. When the pump and fan are in operation, there's a temperature, fan speed and timer program display.
The Port-A-Cool® Hurricane is energy efficient and requires only 11.4 amps for pump and motor operation, making operational costs a fraction of that of traditional air conditioning. As with all Port-A-Cool® portable evaporative cooling units, the Port-A-Cool® Hurricane is also environmentally friendly. Port-A-Cool® portable evaporative cooling units require no chemicals or refrigerants to produce cool air output.
In addition to the high tech features, efficient and environmentally friendly operation, the Port-A-Cool® Hurricane sports a new exterior design. And as with all Port-A-Cool® models, its unit housing is made of durable one-piece molded polyethylene, is rust-free and leak-proof.
